FLOOR TECHNICIAN

Clean Team Inc. | Greater Columbus Area
Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM–12:00 AM | Full-Time

PUT YOUR FLOOR-CARE SKILLS TO WORK!

Clean Team Inc. is hiring experienced Floor Technicians to join our Special Services team and provide professional floor care at commercial customer locations throughout the Greater Columbus area.

This is an experienced position. Previous commercial floor-care and floor-equipment experience is REQUIRED.

If you know how to make commercial floors look their best and take pride in quality workmanship, we want to hear from you!

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Strip and wax commercial floors
  • Buff and burnish hard-surface flooring
  • Operate commercial floor-care equipment
  • Perform routine and restorative floor maintenance
  • Properly prepare floors for treatments
  • Safely handle floor-care chemicals and supplies
  • Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment
  • Travel between customer locations as needed
  • Follow Clean Team safety and quality standards
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Professional floor-care experience REQUIRED
  • Commercial floor-equipment experience REQUIRED
  • Stripping and waxing experience REQUIRED
  • Experience buffing and maintaining commercial flooring
  • Valid driver's license REQUIRED
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable traveling between customer locations
  • Able to perform physical floor-care duties, including standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting
  • Available Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM, with some weekends as needed
