Administrative Coordinator
Hondros College of Nursing
Columbus, OH

Hondros College of Nursing is hiring an Administrative Coordinator for the Columbus Campus!   This is an entry level role and great opportunity to join us in making a difference in lives of others!

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a an ambassador for the college and as a student, faculty and staff resource.
  • Provides professional, timely, courteous customer service to students, faculty, staff, and guests; referring them to other college support services as needed.
  • Performs general office administrative duties such as scanning documents, answering phones, responding to emails, processing payments, ledger corrections and book returns.
  • Manages student uniform process and assists with new student textbook distribution.
  • Administers entrance exam testing including test room preparation.
  • Communicates with and works closely with other departments such as Admissions, Financial Services and Registrars office.
  • Creates and maintains student admissions files; ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
  • Creates and maintains student academic documentation tracking.
  • Partners with the Registrar’s Office to complete student file audits; ensuring that student files remain accurate and compliant.
  • Participates in new student orientation activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • One year or more experience in a customer service focused professional office setting.

Our defined compensation structure is market competitive and is built to reward performance.  A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role is $37,900.00 to $49,300.00.  We take a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including but not limited to: job and level hired into, location, skill set; experience and training; peer compensation and other business and organizational needs. This range is subject to change.
