American Sign Studio is a fast‑growing creative company that designs, fabricates, and installs high‑impact signs and environmental graphics. We help clients transform spaces and elevate their brands through craftsmanship, creativity, and precision.
We’re looking for an Entry‑Level Project Manager who wants to learn, grow, and build a long‑term career. Work directly with ownership plus with an experienced Project Manager who will train and mentor you to develop your skills here and beyond.
No prior project management experience required.  This is an in-person role & other requirements to apply include:  4-year college degree, residence in the Columbus MSA

What You'll Do: 
 
  • Assist with client communication, scheduling, and project updates
  • Help create estimates & invoices
  • Learn the entire project lifecycle from initial client consultation to installation.  
  • Help coordinate designers, production staff, installers, and vendors
  • Support site surveys, permitting, documentation, and quality checks
  • Help projects to be completed on time, on budget & to the highest quality standards 
  • Track project timelines, materials, and progress
  • Learn how signage is designed, fabricated, and installed
  • Become part of delivering high‑quality branding experiences for our clients
