Job Description
As a Market Engagement Partner, you will bring market engagement plans to life by inspiring business bankers to understand, adopt, and act on the products, tools, and best practices that support effective client conversations and drive business growth. You will turn business priorities into clear, actionable engagement strategies that help bankers understand what matters, why it matters, and how to apply it in the field to build confidence, accelerate adoption, and create measurable business impact. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, sales-minded communicator who understands how business bankers absorb information, what motivates action, and how to translate priorities into belief, confidence, and measurable adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver effective market engagement that translate business priorities into clear field actions, helping business bankers understand expectations, adopt new behaviors and drive business growth.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and field partners to identify adoption opportunities, clarify banker needs, and shape messages and resources that build banker belief, confidence, and commitment to act.
  • Create and support sales enablement resources, including meeting content, playbooks, talking points, and leader guides that prepare bankers and leaders for effective execution.
  • Reinforce engagement strategies through sales routines and communication channels to sustain momentum, strengthen consistency, and support adoption in the field.
  • Gather banker, sales leader, and stakeholder feedback to understand what is resonating, identify barriers, and improve future engagement efforts.
  • Track engagement activities, milestones, feedback themes, and adoption indicators to support reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Build trusted working relationships with Product, Sales, Communications, Learning & Development, and field partners to deliver timely, aligned engagement that supports banker readiness and action.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Eight to 10 years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • Knowledge of business banking products, sales processes, banker or field team engagement, product launches, or client engagement strategies.
  • Experience supporting adoption campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, sales activation efforts, or large-scale communication plans.
  • Ability to turn complex information into simple, actionable content for frontline teams and leaders.
  • Comfort working with subject matter experts, sales partners, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver high-quality resources.
  • Proficiency with common productivity, presentation, collaboration, and project management tools.
  • Experience supporting sales enablement, internal communications, project coordination, change management, training, sales operations, or related business initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make information clear, practical, and easy for sales teams to use.
  • Experience creating or maintaining communications, presentations, guides, training materials, or business resources.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, follow through on commitments, and execute work with clarity, professionalism, and urgency.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
