We’re looking for a dedicated HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for installing reliable, energy-efficient heating and cooling systems that keep our customers comfortable year-round while helping them reduce energy costs. What You’ll Bring
  • 2-3 years experience being the Lead installer of HVAC Units in residentials homes.
  • A motivated HVAC Installer who strives to improve their skills and craftsmanship every day.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with iPad-based software.
  • A solid understanding of local HVAC codes and installation requirements.
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Proven HVAC installation experience.

 What You’ll Do

  • Install with Excellence: Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related components, ensuring every system operates safely, efficiently, and to manufacturer specifications.
  • Ensure Quality & Efficiency: Perform start-ups, system testing, and final walkthroughs to ensure proper operation, airflow, and customer satisfaction.
  • Uphold Our Standards: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site while following company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Apply Your Expertise: Use your knowledge of local HVAC codes, best practices, and system designs to complete installations correctly and efficiently.
