Allied Development Group, Inc. is a Lancaster, Ohio based Commercial/Public Excavating and Utility Contractor. We currently have immediate openings for an Equipment Operator.Job SummaryOperate heavy, motorized equipment used in earth moving/utility operations, including, but not limited to; dozers, loaders, excavators, and other equipment typically used on commercial and public site-work and utility projects. Project scopes consist of clearing, stripping topsoil, building pads, fill/export operations, grading of streets, sidewalks, drives, ponds, lawns, and parking lots.Job Specific Requirements:Must be able to comprehend and follow the daily/weekly work planMust be able to read drawings and layout stakesMust be able to operate dozer for bulk and finish grading operations without GPSMust be self-motivated and work without constant supervisionMust adhere to Allied Employee Safety PolicyComplete pre-inspection checklist prior to operating equipmentGrease machine on a daily basisKeep cab and windows clean and free of debrisClean tracks as requiredShow up on time a ready to work at designated start timeWork 40+ hours per week, including Saturday if necessary to meet scheduleReport to work, properly groomed, mentally alert and physically able to work - not impaired by any medication, diet, or physical conditionPossess a valid Ohio drivers' licenseAble to lift 50 pounds, sometimes moreMust pass pre-employment and random drug testingEqual Opportunity Employer
