We are seeking a Splicing Supervisor

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years Proven Experience as a Team Leader· Solid Technical Background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in high-split construction projects.

· Solid Organizational Skills, including attention to details and Multi-Tasking

· Great Customer Relation and Interpersonal Skills

· Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills

· Dynamic Problem Solver for multiple crews and able to anticipate potential problems and create solutions to avert potential pitfalls.

· Efficient Leader, able to inspire and motivate staff to work together towards project oriented goals

· Must be able to travel CONUS, extensively

Specific Knowledge:

· Bi-Directional Sweep Specifications and Certifications

· Ingress/Egress Mitigation

· Optical Node Bi-Directional Optimizations and Setups

· DOCSIS Performance Tools

· All Aspects of Line Maintenance

· ISP Optical Transmitters and Receivers

· ISP Combining and Distribution Networks

· Fiber Installation, Splicing and Performance Testing

· Coaxial Installation, Splicing and Performance Testing

· SDA-5000/DSAM-6300/Viavi Digital Measurement and Testing Operation

· TDR/FDR Operation

· Read OSP Design and Asbuild Maps

Strong Working Knowledge of:

· Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

· Microsoft Windows 10

· Stealthware/Stratasync

· Dropbox

· Adobe
