Registered Nurse Director

About the Role:

Newark Rehabilitation is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse Director to join our team in Newark, OH, USA. As a Registered Nurse Director, you will play a key role in leading our nursing team, developing and implementing patient care plans, and ensuring that our facilities and programs meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical leadership and guidance to our nursing team, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive, individualized care that meets their unique needs

  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team, including developing and reviewing assessments, goals, and interventions

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, Joint Commission, and state and federal laws and regulations
