Job description

Monday - Friday from 8:30AM to 5:30PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist dentists during clinical procedures
  • Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments in accordance with infection control standards
  • Take and process dental radiographs
  • Document patient care accurately using Dentrix
  • Provide excellent patient care and chairside support
  • Ensure compliance with safety, HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate effectively with clinical staff
  • May be asked on occasion to assist at neighboring locations

Required Qualifications

  • Radiology certification (required)
  • BLS/CPR certification (required)
  • High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalent
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English for patient safety and documentation purposes
  • Professional demeanor and patient-focused approach
  • Successful completion of a background check is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Dental Assistant certification (preferred but not required)
  • Prior experience in a dental or clinical setting
  • Experience using Dentrix practice management software
