As a member of the Information Technology team, the Systems Analyst have a strong understanding of IaaS and PaaS services offered on cloud platforms and understand how best to leverage and utilize these services for the benefit of the business.
The Systems Analyst will play a vital role in maintaining and improving the company's IT systems, ensuring that they meet the needs of our business and comply with regulatory requirements. The Systems Analyst will be able to work both independently and as part of a team and will have a strong customer-focused approach to their work.

Essential Functions
  • Analyze and evaluate current systems and structures to identify weaknesses and inefficiencies.
  • Plan and design new systems, processes, and procedures to enhance business operations and efficiency.
  • Maintain and upgrade existing systems as required.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to the systems and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system specifications.
  • Provide system training to users to maximize the value of technology in business.
  • Design and update database infrastructure for the company.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of the system, especially concerning the banking industry's regulations.
  • Develop system reports and participate in system audits.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
  • Maintains proactive and consistent communication to ensure the organization's needs are being met.

Skills and Abilities
  • Familiarity with system development methods, techniques, and standards.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Certifications such as MCSA: Windows Server, MCSE: Productivity (focused on Microsoft 365), or related would be advantageous.
