Job description

What you'll do at COBH:

ย ย ย ย  Participate in the development of treatment plans

ย ย ย ย  Charting, documentation, records, and reporting

ย ย ย ย  Organizing and conducting patient group activities

ย ย ย ย  Transport of patients to off-site appointments

ย ย ย ย  Participating in appropriate interventions

Afternoon, and evening shifts available, weekend rotations. These positions receive a minimum of 17 weekends off per year per the OCSEA union contract.

Must be able to complete a 4-week training/orientation.ย 

May work weekends and holidays; may be exposed to communicable diseases and unpredictable patient behavior.

This is anย hourly position covered by the OCSEA/AFSCME bargaining unit (union),ย with a pay range of 7ย on theย OCSEAย Pay Range Schedule. This position is located within COBH at 2200 W. Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43223.

Unless required by any applicable union contract and/or requirements of the Ohio Revised Code, the selected candidate will begin at Step 1 of the pay range schedule listed above, with an opportunity for pay increase after four months of satisfactory performance and then a yearly raise thereafter.

Position Qualifications

Formal education in arithmetic that includes addition & subtraction & in reading, writing & speaking common English
vocabulary.
For positions that require operation of motor vehicle to transport consumers to recreational, educational &/or occupational
activities, a valid driver's license is required.
