Job Purpose:
- This position is responsible for completing data entry and report generation for all active clients across numerous programs at LIFECARE ALLIANCE. The Data Management Specialist ensures that shared department clients and service changes are entered electronically, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of client information. The role is crucial in supporting programs such as Help-at-Home and Cancer Support Center by managing data effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily data entry tasks related to new client entry and services for all active clients across various programs, including Help-at-Home and Cancer Support Center.
- Document additions and changes for all Nutrition Programs, ensuring that all data is accurately entered and maintained.
- Generate reports as required to support program operations and decision-making processes.
- Ensure electronic entry of shared department clients and service changes, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records.
- Utilize Microsoft Word for word processing tasks and Microsoft Access and Excel for database management and data analysis.
- Operate office equipment efficiently to perform job duties.
- Maintain strong customer relations, providing excellent service to clients and colleagues.
- Exhibit strong multi-tasking skills and attention to detail to manage various responsibilities effectively.

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Education:
- Preferred completion of an associateโ€™s degree in business, secretarial science, or a related field.
Required Experience:
- Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience.
