Job description

Licensed Massage Therapist

Nurture Aesthetics & Wellness | Westerville, Ohio

Nurture Aesthetics & Wellness is looking for an experienced, personable Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our growing boutique wellness practice.

We are a nurse-led aesthetics and wellness practice focused on individualized care, long-term client relationships, and creating an elevated experience that feels both professional and welcoming. We are looking for an LMT who shares that philosophy and is excited about building a loyal, recurring clientele—not simply performing one-time massages.

What We're Looking For

Our ideal therapist is confident providing both therapeutic bodywork and relaxation-focused massage and can customize each session based on the client's needs.

Experience or additional training in the following is especially desirable:

  • Therapeutic/deep tissue massage
  • Swedish/relaxation massage
  • Trigger point therapy
  • Myofascial release
  • Prenatal massage
  • Cupping
  • Manual lymphatic drainage

You do not need to specialize in every modality. More important to us is excellent technique, professionalism, warmth, and a genuine interest in helping clients feel and function better.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to grow a massage practice within an established aesthetics and wellness business rather than starting from scratch.

Nurture provides an elevated private treatment environment and an existing client community, with opportunities for internal referrals, marketing support, online booking, membership integration, and collaboration with other wellness professionals.

We are particularly interested in someone who:

  • Holds an active Ohio massage therapy license
  • Provides an exceptional client experience
  • Is comfortable developing treatment plans and recommending appropriate follow-up
  • Values client retention and building long-term relationships
  • Is reliable, professional, warm, and self-motivated
  • Wants to grow with a small, locally owned business
  • Is comfortable working collaboratively with other health and wellness professionals
  • Is interested in helping develop massage as a meaningful part of Nurture's wellness offerings

Availability: Part-time to start, with the opportunity to grow based on demand. Weekend and/or evening availability is highly desirable.

Compensation: Competitive and structured based on experience and final employment arrangement. Details will be discussed during the interview process.

If you're an LMT who loves what you do and wants the freedom to provide thoughtful, individualized care in a beautiful boutique setting, we'd love to meet you.

To apply: Please send your résumé along with a brief introduction describing your massage style, specialties/certifications, current availability, and what you're looking for in your next practice.
