Production Apprentice (Fast-Track to Lead)

The Chimney Guys – Pataskala, OH
Full-Time | $18–$23/hr - up to a $3 Raise in 6 Months

The Opportunity

We've built a structured 6-month apprenticeship that trains you in chimney repair, masonry, and field operations.

  • Month 0–6: Learn, execute, and prove yourself
  • At 6 months:
    • Earn CSIA Certification (required)
    • Demonstrate job proficiency
    • Step into the Lead Technician track
    • Receive a $3/hour raise

What You'll Do

  • Prepare trucks, tools, and materials daily
  • Assist with chimney repairs, installations, and masonry work
  • Execute jobs efficiently with your crew
  • Follow strict safety and quality standards
  • Take ownership of your performance and growth
