Crown Pointe Care Center, a skilled nursing facility located in Columbus, OH, is looking for a qualified Maintenance Director to join our Beautiful Facility! As Director you will be engaged with the Administrator to complete both short and long-term tasks.

At Hickory Ridge Nursing Facility, the successful candidate has the opportunity to interact with residents daily, while maintaining the facilities’ regulatory obligation to the Ohio Department of Health and NFPA Guidelines.

The Director will be responsible for meeting all expected Life Safety guidelines, NFPA regulations, and ODH expectations. Our company is able to provide regional resources to enable growth and success, while allowing our facility to operate autonomously. Within our organization, we have the opportunity to enable personal growth through experience and education, as well as professional growth via promotion and retention.

Specific qualifications include the following:

  • NFPA Knowledge and Understanding
