Are you ready to start your career? Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a dynamic and professional Leasing Consultant to join our winning team. As a Leasing Consultant you'll have the advantage of learning from our successful team at Lexington Park and Edge at Arlington Apartments in Columbus, OH.
We are offering up to $18.00/hr. PLUS $100.00 commission on new lease signings, tuition reimbursement, and two weeks paid time off AND full benefits.

    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • G
  • reets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
  • E
  • nsures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are acceptable for showings
  • M
  • ust be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property
  • C
  • reates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required 
  • M
  • aintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book
  • R
  • esponsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach
  • A
  • ssists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program
    Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • P
  • refer 1 year experience in multifamily housing, sales or customer service field
  • M
  • ust have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
  • M
  • ust-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents
