We are currently seeking a full-time LNHA-Nursing Home Administrator to join our wonderful team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall leadership and management of the facility.

  • Lead all day to day operations of the facility in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and nursing home policies.

  • Promote the highest degree of quality care for the residents.

All candidates must have:

  • Minimum of 2 years as a Healthcare Administrator or AIT

  • Current Nursing Home Administrator License in OH

  • Prior experience in staff development (i.e.: hiring, coaching, performance management, discipline, and delegation)

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities

  • A proven track record in the census and revenue growth, as well as experience managing budgets and controlling operational expenses

  • Competent in organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to facilitate group

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new applications
