Charge Nurse
Schedules:
  • M/T, EO W 6P-6:30A, EOW 6P-2:30A

Compensation:
  • $ is based on experience + Benefits (Vision, Medical, Dental, 401K, Paid Time Off, Family Leave)

We're looking for a Charge Nurse who is excited to join our passionate, authentic, and courageous team. Our Charge Nurses lead by example and provide supervision, direction, and support to nursing staff while ensuring compassionate and compliant care for all patients.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee nursing staff and daily nursing operations during assigned shifts
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
  • Monitor patient conditions and report changes to medical staff
  • Ensure accurate documentation in patient records
  • Support new staff training and mentoring
  • Respond to emergency situations and incidents
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care planning
  • Provide compassionate and individualized care in alignment with clinical protocols

Qualifications:
  • Current RN licensure in good standing
  • 2+ years of experience in nursing, behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
  • Commitment to patient advocacy and ethical practice
  • Passion for helping individuals recover and thrive
