Summary of Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design and execution of enterprise ServiceNow solutions for a public sector client.
- Define platform architecture, standards, and governance to ensure scalability, security, and compliance.
- Develop, configure, and troubleshoot complex workflows; remain hands-on with platform development.
- Ensure FedRAMP compliance through robust security protocols, data encryption, and secure coding.
- Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, MID Servers, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Establish development standards, conduct code reviews, and maintain platform health and performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and documentation.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of IT experience; minimum 5 years in ServiceNow development and architecture.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow development tools (Studio, UI Builder, Service Portal).
- Experience working in FedRAMP or similarly regulated government cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of CMDB and ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping) in public sector settings.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to lead technical sessions onsite.

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM or ITOM preferred
- ITIL v4 Foundations
