Job description

Community Director — Corporate Wellness & Local Partnerships

Restore Hyper Wellness — Columbus, Ohio Easton • Dublin • Upper Arlington

Restore Hyper Wellness is hiring a Community Director to build B2B corporate wellness partnerships and a local referral network across our three Columbus studios.

This is a sales role with a marketing title.

If you're a marketer looking for a creative job, this isn't it. If you're a B2B closer — corporate wellness, pharma, medical device, fitness/studio sales, or employee benefits — and you want to build a book rather than inherit one, keep reading.

For seven years our growth has run on Google and Meta paid ads. We're now investing in the harder, more durable channel: human relationships across Columbus. The right person will replace a meaningful portion of our paid acquisition over the next 12 months.

What You'll Own

1. Corporate Wellness Sales (primary) Source and close corporate wellness contracts with employers within a 5-mile radius of each studio. Target accounts: 50–1,000 employee professional service firms, dealerships, healthcare systems, agencies, manufacturers, and executive teams. Full cycle — prospecting, outreach, presentations, negotiation, onboarding.

2. Local Business Partnerships Build a network of 25–40 active partner businesses serving our target demographic — high-end barbershops, men's clothing, golf clubs, financial advisors, dentists, chiropractors, PTs, executive recruiters, and complementary wellness practitioners. Execute give-first cross-promotions and shared-customer activations.

3. Member Referral Engine Own the systematic member referral program. Make sure every high-value member knows how to refer, why to refer, and gets rewarded promptly.

Secondary expectation: capture iPhone footage at partner activations, corporate launches, and member milestones. Not as a content creator — as someone who recognizes a moment worth documenting. We handle the editing.

First 90 Days — What Success Looks Like
  • 50+ qualified employer prospects in pipeline
  • 5+ in-person partner business meetings per week
  • 2+ signed corporate wellness contracts
  • 10+ active local partner businesses
  • Referral program operating with measurable lift in member-attributed first-visits

Who You Are
  • 3+ years closing B2B deals in healthcare, wellness, fitness, corporate benefits, pharma, medical device, or comparable consultative sales
  • Quantifiable track record — deals closed, quota attainment, contract values
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and walking into businesses uninvited
  • Existing Columbus business network is a significant plus
  • Can talk credibly about recovery, performance medicine, and TRT with HR directors, business owners, and executives
  • Comfortable on camera occasionally — not a content creator, but not camera-shy
  • High autonomy — measured on outcomes, not hours

Who You're Not
  • A marketer hoping to break into sales
  • An account manager who's never carried a quota
  • Anyone uncomfortable with cold prospecting
  • A career social media manager
  • Anyone who thinks B2B sales is sending LinkedIn DMs

Compensation

Structured to attract a real closer, not a marketer:

  • Base: $50,000 depending on experience
  • Commission: 3% of first-year estimated contract value on every corporate wellness contract closed, paid at signing. No cap.
  • Referral bonus: quarterly bonus tied to growth in member-referred first-visits
  • Complimentary Restore services
