Job description

Senior Project Manager – Self Perform Concrete

Elford is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead our Self Perform Concrete operations. If you've successfully managed large-scale structural concrete projects and know how to lead teams, drive schedules, and deliver quality work, we'd like to talk.

What You'll Do
  • Lead self-perform concrete projects from planning through completion.

  • Manage budgets, schedules, manpower, and productivity.

  • Partner with operations, estimating, and field leadership.

  • Develop and mentor field teams while maintaining a strong safety culture.

  • Build relationships with clients, trade partners, and project teams.

What You'll Bring
  • 10+ years of construction project management experience.

  • Extensive self-perform concrete experience on commercial, healthcare, industrial, or infrastructure projects.

  • Strong knowledge of concrete operations, scheduling, and cost management.

  • Proven leadership and communication skills.
