Position Overview
The Real Estate Acquisitions Agent focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and representing clients in investment-focused real estate transactions.
This role is suited for licensed professionals who are comfortable operating in a performance-based, commission-only environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent buyers and sellers in investment-focused residential transactions
  • Prospect for acquisition opportunities through networking and outbound outreach
  • Evaluate properties using comparative market analysis and investment metrics
  • Coordinate with lenders, contractors, and property managers during transactions
  • Guide clients through contracts, inspections, and closing processes
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Qualifications:
  • Active Ohio real estate license (or actively pursuing licensure)
  • Ability to work independently in a production-driven environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in sales or outbound prospecting preferred but not required
  • Interest in residential investment property transactions
