Job description

Activation Tour Supervisor
Experiential Marketing & Events
$22.00 per hour
Variable shifts – approximately 35 hours per week (August-October)
Traveling Throughout Ohio (Onsite at Various Locations)
Contract – Through End of October
Why You’ll Love This Job:
  • A one-of-a-kind gig – no two days are the same as you co-lead a statewide brand activation tour for a major healthcare client
  • Work for an award-winning, woman-owned creative agency with an intentionally built culture rooted in collaboration, creativity, and entrepreneurial energy
  • Get paid to travel Ohio, lead a team, and create memorable experiences that genuinely matter to the people you meet
  • Small team (28 people) where your leadership is visible and your voice counts
  • If you thrive on energy, people, and doing something different every day – this role was made for you
What You’ll Do:
  • Co-lead brand activation tour shifts at healthcare facilities across Ohio – splitting your time between hands-on guest engagement and on-site team leadership
  • Own site readiness – lead setup and tear-down so every zone is stocked, organized, and activation-ready from open to close
  • Direct and coach a team of Experience Guides in real time throughout the shift, assigning zones and keeping performance high
  • Protect the guest experience – ensure every visitor is welcomed, engaged, and no one is overlooked
  • Serve as the on-site communication bridge between the agency team, the client team, and the Experience Guide crew – relaying updates on staffing, weather, traffic flow, and scheduling
  • Help bring the client’s brand story to life by guiding guests through interactive zones that educate and inspire
A Note on Schedule:
Shifts vary based on event needs. On active event days, you’ll work either 7:00am-3:00pm or 3:00pm-11:00pm. On setup and tear-down days, shifts run 8:00am-12:00pm or 8:00am-2:00pm. Hours are estimated at approximately 35 per week. Longer-distance locations will involve overnight travel – transportation is provided for those trips. This role requires genuine schedule flexibility through the end of October.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role – retail, events, hospitality, promotional marketing, or performing arts backgrounds all translate well
  • Experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift lead – you know how to lead a team and keep things running smoothly under pressure
  • Confident, articulate communicator – equally comfortable with groups and one-on-one conversations
  • Passionate about creating memorable experiences and connecting with diverse groups of people
  • Comfortable working outdoors in variable weather conditions – activations are held in tents outside of facilities and the elements are part of the job
  • Flexible, self-sufficient, and energized through long shifts – overnight travel is part of this role
  • Organized, observant, and detail-oriented
  • Reliable personal vehicle required for local travel; transportation provided for longer trips
