  • utilizing productivity tools (e.g., Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, OneNote) to create and update digital artifacts that document processes, procedures, logical and physical configuration (e.g., diagrams), etc.;
  • creation, updating, and resolution of various types of tickets in ITSM System, along with creation and updating of asset records in the same. (e.g., ServiceNow);
  • using cable testers and light meters to validate cable integrity;
  • installing and managing rack equipment, patch panels, cable trays.

  • Experience implementing and supporting advanced routing, VPN technologies, port channels, and first-hop redundancy    10+ Years
  • Experience terminating copper and fiber cabling, validating cabling with testers/light meters, and managing rack infrastructure    10+ Years
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)    Required
  • Knowledge in productivity and documentation tools (Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint) for diagrams, procedures, and asset documentation
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)    Highly Desired
