What you'll do as an Administrative Professional 4:

  • Under general supervision of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) within the Information Technology Office (ITO), perform non-routine administrative tasks & independently formulate decisions & or judgements involving non-legal interpretation of division policies & procedures as they would apply to given situation to resolve problems, prepare correspondence &/or reports or to carry out other assignments.

  • Researches & responds to complex &/or confidential requests for information & complaints; Prepares & disseminates various communications, forms & reports to internal & external stakeholders, Program Directors, & Directors Office.

  • Maintains office calendar for CIO & schedules meetings or appointments; Assists CIO &/or other ITO staff with making travel arrangements; Prepares meeting agendas, schedules conference rooms & attendees.

  • Tracks & collects weekly, monthly & annual reports from the IT Leadership team; Compiles & produces both summarized & detailed ITO reports for the CIO &/or Directors Office.
