  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, agencies, and team members to foster a culture of quality service.
  • Assist with tax-related matters to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations - escalating to the Tax Team as necessary.

What We're Looking For:

  • Payroll Expertise: Understanding of payroll processing, tax allocations, and compliance best practices.
  • Client-Focused Mindset: Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with payroll software systems; experience with Isolved is required.

  • Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to assist clients and resolve issues effectively.

Why Join Us?

  • Client-Focused Culture: Be part of a team that prioritizes quality service and long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborative & Engaging Team: Work with professionals who value accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.
  • Stability & Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a structured role in a company that respects your time and expertise.
