Join a mission-driven organization making a global impact! Planet Aid collects and recycles used textiles to protect the environment and support sustainable development in communities around the world.

This role focuses on operating a box truck (up to 20 ft.) to collect and transport donated textiles. You'll play a key part in ensuring donations are picked up efficiently and delivered safely.


What You'll Do
Driving / Route Duties

  • Safely operate box trucks on assigned local routes
  • Service donation bins (collect, clean, and maintain sites)
  • Load and transport donated materials to designated locations
  • Follow all safety procedures and driving regulations
  • Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
  • Communicate any route, site, or safety concerns in a timely manner
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily routes

Schedule: Monday-Friday (6:00AM start time)

Pay: $18/hour plus bonus (Average $22/hr with bonus), paid weekly

Benefits: Health, vision, dental, life, AD&D, and 401k

Time Off: Paid vacation, sick leave, and 9 holidays

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of box truck or similar driving experience
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass drug screening, background check, and DOT physical
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, loading, and working outdoor
