About the Role
Sirens Entertainment & Sports Bar is seeking energetic, personable, and dependable Cocktail Servers to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume nightlife environment. As a Cocktail Server, you will be the main point of contact for our guests on the floor, providing attentive service, preparing table orders, and creating an exciting, welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service: Promptly welcome guests, present beverage/food options, answer questions, and deliver orders accurately and efficiently.
Floor & Table Management: Maintain an active presence across assigned floor sections, monitor guest satisfaction, process transactions accurately, and keep tables clean and clear.
High-Volume Multitasking: Handle fast-paced service seamlessly during peak hours, sports broadcasts, and late-night weekend crowds.
Teamwork: Partner closely with bartenders, floor security, and management to ensure smooth shift operations and guest safety.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Previous serving or nightlife/bar experience is preferred; however, we will train strong, highly motivated candidates with excellent interpersonal skills.
Availability: Must have reliable night and weekend availability (including late nights).
Transportation: Must have consistent, reliable transportation for night shifts.
Professional Demeanor: Friendly, dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in an energetic, high-volume adult venue.
Age Requirement: Must meet local legal age requirements to serve alcohol in the state of Ohio.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
Ability to stand, walk, and remain on your feet continuously for 8 to 12 hours per shift.
Ability to frequently bend, reach, pivot, and carry heavy beverage trays (lifting up to 20 lbs).
Comfortable working in a bustling, high-energy nightlife environment with fluctuating noise levels, dynamic lighting, and large crowds.
