Key Responsibilities:

  • As an Information Technology Specialist, you will:Maintain business systems/software to meet company needs, performing system administration and operations.
  • Manage system security, backups, usage monitoring, auditing, and upgrades.
  • Set up and maintain telecom systems.
  • Provide Help Desk support, log requests, and effectively communicate with IT staff and requestors.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, software, and telecom issues efficiently.
  • Offer timely, professional support to end-users.
  • Assist in selecting, acquiring, and installing new or updated software and hardware.
  • Collaborate with vendors to identify the best solutions for the company’s needs.
  • Analyze product quotations and make informed decisions.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports to management.
  • Track and manage IT hardware and software procurement, as well as support renewals.
  • Work within budgetary requirements and coordinate with IT management.


Requirements:

  • To be considered for this role they would like to seeA four-year degree.
  • Experience with Windows Server 2009 to Current Server Administration.
  • Knowledge of data storage technologies and backups.
  • Familiarity with networking and network security.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for network, hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • SQL/Oracle database administration experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Windows and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
