Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – 6 month Contract
Columbus, OH | $1280/week | Therapist-Owned Company

We’re seeking a dedicated, skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) ready to deliver high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. This six month contract offers strong extension potential and the support of experienced PT/OT leaders who understand your clinical world firsthand.

What You’ll Do

Deliver High-Impact Clinical Care

  • Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist

  • Provide therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function

  • Monitor patient response to treatment and report progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist

  • Accurately document patient treatments, progress, and outcomes in a timely manner

Support Patient Progress & Education

  • Instruct patients on prescribed exercises and functional activities

  • Reinforce education on home exercise programs and recovery strategies

  • Encourage patient engagement, motivation, and adherence to treatment plans

Collaborate & Contribute

  • Work closely with the Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

  • Assist in maintaining a positive, efficient, and team-oriented clinical environment

  • Participate in team meetings, training, and clinical development opportunities

What You Bring

  • Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

  • Active State PTA license

  • Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and patient care practices
