Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and vigilant Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Nurse to join our surgical recovery team. In this crucial role, you will care for patients of all ages as they emerge from anesthesia following surgery or invasive procedures. Your primary responsibility is to ensure safe, smooth transitions from the operating room to full consciousness while closely monitoring for complications or adverse reactions.
As a PACU Nurse, you will assess vital signs, manage airways, monitor levels of consciousness, control pain and nausea, and provide emotional support to patients and families. You will collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff to deliver high-quality, time-sensitive care in a fast-paced, recovery-focused setting.
This role demands strong clinical judgment, rapid assessment skills, and the ability to respond to emergencies with confidence and precision. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and experienced in managing patients with varying levels of acuity.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Active RN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience
