Job description

We are looking for an entry level Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team in our regional office in Columbus, OH. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via phone, remote desktop, and in person.
  • Conduct new associate technology orientation.
  • Assist with additional IT projects as needed.
  • Support technologies such as Office 365, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Printer/Copiers, LAN/WLAN, Windows 11, MacOS, Egnyte, Intune, iOS, Android, Zendesk, and Adobe Sign.

Qualifications

Required:

  • A bachelor's degree or pursuing a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Ability to research and troubleshoot technology problems.
  • Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills, and a "team first" mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred:

  • Internship experience in a relevant Information Technology role.
  • 0-1 Years of Experience in a professional setting.
