As an ALM Product Manager, you will play a critical role in the design, production, quality assurance, onboarding, and delivery of Accolade's Asset Liability Management reporting solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to credit union clients, helping them understand interest rate risk, optimize balance sheet performance, and make informed strategic decisions. This position also contributes to Accolade's growth through product innovation, thought leadership, and support of new business opportunities.

If you enjoy solving complex financial challenges, collaborating with executive leaders, and making a direct impact on client success, we'd love to hear from you.

Why Join Us?

Founded in 2007, Accolade is a wholly owned Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO) of Corporate One Federal Credit Union. We provide outsourced financial advisory services, asset liability management solutions, and analytical tools that help credit unions across the country make informed strategic decisions and achieve long-term financial success.

At Accolade, we combine deep industry expertise with a collaborative, client-first approach to deliver innovative solutions that create measurable value for our clients. As a member of our team, you'll work alongside experienced professionals who are recognized as trusted advisors within the credit union industry. You'll have the opportunity to influence strategic outcomes for clients, contribute to the development of new products and services, and play a meaningful role in the continued growth and success of our organization.

What You’ll Do:

Client Advisory & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for designated ALM clients.
  • Guide clients in interpreting ALM model results, interest rate risk exposure, and balance sheet trends.
  • Provide strategic counsel related to Asset Liability Committee (ALCO) processes and participate in ALCO meetings.
  • Support clients in evaluating the balance sheet impact of strategic decisions and market conditions.
  • Participate in regulatory examinations and meetings, explaining ALM methodologies and Accolade's advisory role.

ALM Production & Analytics

  • Manage end-to-end ALM report production and quality assurance processes.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of client reporting.
  • Analyze economic, financial market, and portfolio data to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Assist in the management of assigned client investment portfolios, emphasizing risk-adjusted returns aligned with client objectives.

Product Development & Innovation

  • Develop and enhance ALM tools, supplemental analyses, and reporting capabilities.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
  • Provide recommendations on product enhancements and strategic opportunities.
  • Support onboarding of new ALM clients and implementation of services.

Business Growth & Thought Leadership

  • Support business development efforts and prospect meetings.
  • Represent Accolade at industry conferences, speaking engagements, and educational seminars.
  • Partner with colleagues to develop innovative balance sheet management solutions.
  • Provide backup support and technical expertise across the advisory team.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in financial services, asset liability management, investment analysis, treasury, balance sheet management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience managing client relationships and providing consultative financial guidance.
  • Strong understanding of asset liability management principles, interest rate risk, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience developing financial models and analytical reporting tools.
