Job description

Our C4ISR team requires a skilled contractor to provide in-depth analysis of algorithms employed in adversary Integrated Air Defense Systems (IADS). This role demands a keen understanding of IADS architecture and the ability to interpret, analyze, and produce written assessments on algorithms governing critical functions. This includes, but is not limited to, dissecting multitarget track-to-fusion algorithms like Global Nearest Neighbor (GNN), evaluating threat evaluation algorithms employing methods like adaptive weighting or TOPSIS, and deciphering weapons pairing methodologies. Given the complexity of these tasks, a background in engineering or mathematics is highly desirable. The selected candidate will contribute directly to our understanding of adversary capabilities, shaping national security strategies through insightful reporting and collaboration with intelligence community partners. Radiance Technologies is an employee-owned company with benefits that are unmatched by most companies in the Huntsville, AL or Dayton, OH areas. Employee ownership, generous 401K, full health/dental/life/vision insurance benefits, interesting assignments, educational reimbursement, competitive salaries, and a pleasant work environment combine to make Radiance Technologies a great place to work and succeed. Required Experience * TS/SCI clearance
* BS in a technical field (e.g., Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Forensics, Cyber Security, IT, or Information Systems, Networking and Telecommunications, etc.)
* 5+ years of directly related intelligence analysis experience
* Demonstrated knowledge of communication networks
* OSI model expertise
* Familiarity with Public Switching Telephone Network Infrastructure
* Proficiency in Mobile technologies
* Knowledgeable in advanced analytic techniques
* Basic understanding of cloud architecture and data flow
* Familiarity with vulnerabilities and malware Desired Qualifications * Knowledge of intelligence community tradecraft and standards.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Expertise in telecommunications, physical networks (SATCOM, RF, HF/VHF/UHF, fiber optics), logical networks (switches, routers, IP addresses), and understanding how data flows.
* Experience in reverse engineering of communications networks. Radiance Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
