Overview

Change Point Psychology (CPP) is a growing group practice dedicated to providing high quality, evidence-based care to Ohio residents. Located in Columbus, OH, we are building a generalist practice that leans toward a specialization in the treatment of ADHD and adjacent and commonly comorbid disorders. You might expect to work with clients struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, adjustment concerns, career concerns, relationship concerns, procrastination, academic performance concerns, and ASD, among others. We do not advertise with the goal of drawing high acuity clients and trauma treatment is not the focus of our practice.

We're aiming to recruit folks who are passionate about working with ADHD. If that's you, please apply!

Change Point Psychology LLC respects each therapist’s autonomy while providing support in the form of case consultation and education when needed or requested. CPP aims to create a space where therapists feel seen, understood, and valued.

  • Provide risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis intervention when necessary.
  • Create personalized treatment plans and monitor and document progress regularly.
  • Participate in clinic team meetings and consultation.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when indicated for client care.

  • Proficiency and commitment to use of evidence-based psychotherapies (i.e. CBT, ACT, DBT, MI, etc.) in treating mental health conditions.
  • Proficiency in writing progress notes/treatment plans that reflect evidence-based interventions used/planned.
  • Knowledge of ICD coding systems (ICD-9/ICD-10) for accurate diagnosis documentation; familiarity with CPT coding for billing purposes.
  • Skilled in patient assessment, medical terminology related to behavioral health, and medical records management compliant with HIPAA standards.
  • Experience with telehealth technology platforms to deliver remote mental health services effectively in outpatient or clinic settings.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team.

Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule
  • Professional development financial assistance
  • Office space

Education:

  • Master's or Doctorate

Experience:
