Are you a hands-on maintenance leader who thrives on driving reliability, safety, and operational excellence in a manufacturing environment?

We're seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at a growing manufacturing facility in Newark, Ohio.

This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on equipment reliability, team development, safety performance, and continuous improvement initiatives that support world-class manufacturing operations.


What You'll Do

✅ Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for production machinery and facility systems.

✅ Develop and mentor a team of maintenance professionals, creating a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

✅ Drive equipment uptime, reliability, and operational readiness to support production goals.

✅ Partner with Engineering, Operations, and external contractors to support facility improvements, equipment installations, and capital projects.

✅ Lead initiatives focused on cost reduction, energy efficiency, and maintenance optimization.

✅ Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and safety regulations while fostering a safe workplace for all employees and contractors.


What We're Looking For:

✔Bachelor degree

✔ Leadership experience managing maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.

✔ Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, electrical systems, facility maintenance, and reliability practices.

✔ Experience driving preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

✔ Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.

✔ Ability to lead cross-functional teams and external contractors while delivering business results.

✔ Manufacturing industry experience required.
