Pay & Benefits
• Hourly Rate: $59.18/hr

What You’ll Do
• Provide expert nursing care to adult and geriatric patients on a stepdown/PCU mixed-acuity unit
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and symptoms
• Collaborate with medical team to formulate and implement care plans
• Float within OSU facilities as needed, supporting a flexible care environment
• Ensure compliance with safety and healthcare regulations, including BLS and ACLS protocols
• Engage in patient education and discharge planning as required
What You Need
Required:
• Valid RN license in Ohio or applicable state
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in a Hospital setting, preferably stepdown or med/surg
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends as scheduled
Preferred:
• Experience in a progressive care or stepdown unit
• Flexibility to float within the organization
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
