Forklift Operator -- 1st & 3rd Shift
Marysville, OH | $18-$19/hour | Full-Time | Start ASAP
We're hiring immediately for dependable forklift operators with warehouse or manufacturing experience. Choose from 1st or 3rd shift schedules and build your career in a stable, team-oriented environment.
Available Shifts

  • 1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Pay

  • $18-$19 per hour

  • Overtime paid at time and a half

  • Mandatory overtime may be required during peak periods

Forklift Operator Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a forklift and/or riding pallet jack in a manufacturing environment.

  • Move, stage, load, unload, and transport raw materials, finished products, packaging supplies, and pallets.

  • Support production and packaging operations by keeping material flow consistent.

  • Assist with receiving, shipping, palletizing, wrapping, rebagging, and reblending as needed.

  • Perform basic equipment checks and report safety or mechanical issues promptly.

  • Complete production logs, check sheets, and other required documentation accurately.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

  • Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.

  • Lift and move materials up to 55 lbs. periodically throughout the shift.

Forklift Operator Qualifications

  • 6-12 months of forklift experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing setting preferred.

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Strong safety awareness, reliability, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

  • Good communication skills and a professional, team-focused attitude.

  • Basic computer skills and ability to complete required documentation.
