Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Production Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in butchering and sausage making, along with a passion for creating high-quality food products. This is a full-time position, with regular working hours from Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Perform precise butchering of meats and other ingredients.
- Skillfully create a variety of sausages and related products.
- Follow established recipes and preparation methods to maintain product consistency.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to meet production goals.
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in butchering and sausage making.
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.

- Starting pay: $23 per hour.
