Estimator

Responsibilities: 

• Mastery in quantity takeoffs.

• Soliciting competitive pricing from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.

• Compiling and submitting comprehensive bid packages within designated timelines.

• Conducting handoff meetings with the project team upon successful bid acquisition.

Qualifications: 

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field (e.g., Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Construction/Engineering).

• Ideally, 1 year of experience in interior systems within commercial or industrial projects.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in mathematical calculations for areas, volumes, and counts.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software.

• Profound understanding of project management methodologies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
