REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Front Desk Attendant
• Experience in hotels, resorts, or any accommodations is a must
• Willingness to learn and work hard
• Open to various locations in Canada

Responsibilities include performing:

• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, acknowledge all guests.
• Adhere to all standard operating procedures and understand all department processes and policies
• Selling the hotel’s features and benefits over the phone and in person at the front desk
• Understanding guest concerns in order to resolve all issues prior to the guest’s departure
• Distributing express checkout receipts to departing guests.
• Properly logging detailed information on daily activities.
• Assisting with the check-in and check-out of groups and tours.
• Answering and directing calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Complying with all operating procedures and policies.
• Logs and tags lost and found items brought to the desk from housekeeping.
