Sales Consultant - Island Owl Mazda

ISLAND OWL MAZDA is growing again and we are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our fun and family-like atmosphere team in our busy Vancouver Island location. Our ideal candidate has a passion for the automotive industry, and a desire to work and live in an amazing location on Vancouver Island.

Sales Experience is considered a huge asset! If you’ve become tired of your current surroundings, and want a fresh start with an abundance of opportunity, non-stop online inquiries and a vast portfolio of #owlfam members that will be excited to hear from you, then this is the change you’ve been seeking! Our internet traffic is substantial, and a consistent pipeline for more deals. How many friends do you have on social media? The more, the better! Does your cell phone ever leave your side? The closer you keep it, the more money you will make! Are you a social butterfly? The more people you know, the more your income will grow!

Requirements:

• A background in sales and/or customer service
• VSA license (can obtain once working)
• Previous experience with VINSOLUTIONS or DEALERSOCKET will be looked at favorably

Wage:

• $3500 a month minimum if commissions don’t exceed this amount
• $300 minimum per unit if commission doesn’t exceed $300
• Whatever you’re selling as a 3 month rolling average = percentage of front and back gross paid per deal with no cap *** Examples: if you sell 30 cars in 3 months, you get 10% of the front and the back for the next month. If you sell 90 cars in 3 months, you get 30% of the front and back for the next month
• 6 car rolling average (3 month) minimum to remain employed
