General Office Clerk

Currently seeking for a general office clerk for reputable company in Ajax Ontario.

Job Tasks:

• Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
• Receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents to maintain organized records.
• Send and receive messages, keeping communication channels clear and effective.
• Prepare and format page presentations with attention to detail and consistency.
• Compile data, statistics, and other information to support decision-making processes.
• Provide general information to clients and the public in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing to facilitate smooth operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Locate and remove files requested, maintaining the integrity of the filing system.
