Sales and Fundraising Supervisor

TNI Network Inc., located at #400-604 Columbia Street, New Westminster, B.C. V3M 1A5, is looking to fill a vacant position for a Sales and Fundraising Supervisor [ NOC 62010] . This will be a full-time, permanent position.

Job duties:

• Preparing and coordinating schedules for fund raising representatives;
• Preparing reports for fundraisers and present them to Managers;
• Preparing reports on team performance and identify opportunities to reach fundraising goals;
• Facilitate timely turnaround of client requests; Coordinate with all support teams;
• Improve client service, perception, and satisfaction and prepare escalation reports when required; Work in a team and communicate effectively to the betterment of the team’s overall efficiency;
• Engage conflict resolution skills;
• Lead by example to carry out fundraising initiatives with the team in the field to achieve collective goals

Job requirements:

• Completed secondary school;
• Minimum of one year previous sales experience;
• Proficiency in English including speaking and writing component required;
• Able to meet multiple deadlines and balance a heavy workload, excellent organization

Skills:

• Candidate must be willing to work independently and manage teams with a high level of accuracy, have excellent interpersonal skills and display a high level of professionalism.

This position is full time, 11:30 am-7:30 pm, Mon-Fri. Applicant may be required to work on weekends as per work demand.

Compensation is $23.10/ per hour. 40 hours per week.
