Job Summary:
Escarpment Window Cleaning is seeking a driven individual to lead our team! This full-time position will be responsible for managing and overseeing all production operations at our company, including project management and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be coachable and hungry to learn. That is much more important to us than past experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all production operations, including project management, scheduling, and quality control
- Lead and manage a team of production staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns
- Maintain accurate records and reports for production activities
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
