Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced business development specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial construction sector.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development.
• Strong understanding of the commercial construction market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
