Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for residential renovation projects based on thorough analysis and understanding of project requirements
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project scope and specifications
• Conduct on-site visits and evaluations to assess existing conditions and provide detailed cost breakdowns
• Utilize industry knowledge and market trends to source and evaluate materials and subcontractor quotes
• Develop comprehensive proposals and support sales staff during the planning process Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the estimation process
• Actively participate in project kick-off meetings and provide support to the project management team
• Design and enhance estimation templates to improve efficiency in upcoming projects.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in residential renovation estimation or a related field.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and construction drawings
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and subcontractors
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in estimation software, such as CoConstruct and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus. A diploma or degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field is an asset.

Salary and Benefits:

• Full Time
• Salary at $60,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Medical
