The Personal Support Worker/Caregiver is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of the Care Coordinator and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the clients needs.

We are looking for a Personal Support Worker to provide 4hrs. shifts for our client. 3-4 times a week
- Tuesday and Thursday 1pm - 5pm.
- Saturday and Sunday 11am -3pm
- This role can have more hours and days added to it.

Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Meal Preparation
- Housekeeping
- Accompany clients on outings
- Shopping and errands
- Medication Reminders
- Ambulation and transporting of clients
- Provide companionship to clients
- Ability to follow a care plan
- Documentation/Charting
- Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent (eg. foreign-trained nurse, nursing student after one year of completing the school).
- Current CPR/First Aid training
- Current Police Record Check or Vulnerable Sector Screen or be willing to obtain one.
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Access to the internet/mobile phone.
- Great support and teamwork
- Dementia/Alzheimer's experience
- Reliable and Experienced
