Flynn Companies is a growing and well-established Commercial Roofing Contractor and seeking an enthusiastic and personable Account Manager to prospect leads, attend local business events, attend trade shows and develop relationships with potential and existing customers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable, well-established company offering competitive compensation (including strong base salary) and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields, preferrably in Commercial Roofing, or related Commercial Construction industry
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must be able to climb ladder and inspect commercial roofing systems (primarily commercial flat roofing)
