Crew Chief for Interior and Exterior Painting

Position Overview: We are seeking motivated, enthusiastic and reliable individuals for a summer painting position. No previous experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided. This role is perfect for someone looking to learn a new skill and earn summer income.

Expectations:

       • The best employees will be given operation management roles(That includes: more money and responsibility)  

Responsibilities:

• Managing other painters 
• interacting with clients 
• Assist in preparing surfaces for painting.
• Apply paint to interiors and exteriors under supervision.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Problem solving skills
• Motivated people  
• Ability to work outdoors and stand for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Painting Experience Required

Schedule:

• 40-50 hours a week 
• Monday-Friday (with the option to work weekends if interested)
